Everything from the packaging to the product itself was amazing. The watch looks just as amazing in person and of excellent quality. I also love that in the box they thought to include the tool that allows you to remove the links to adjust the watch band. The instructions were detailed and it was so easy to adjust instead of having to pay a place to do it. I would not be able to talk about the product without mentioning the wonderful individuals who put so much time and effort into the brand that is blackwoodpremium, you guys are truly amazing people!
